Job Description The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting all design aspects within Rally House’s Marketing department that are both customer and team member facing. Responsibilities - Apply the fundamentals of marketing and graphic design to create effective marketing pieces - Conceptualize, design and create high-quality visuals in a variety of digital and print formats - Utilize discretion and decision-making skills to maintain graphic standards in all creative designs while representing the Rally House brand - Create both original designs and version at a high volume to make team-specific and hyper-local designs - Maintain shared folders of accessible working documents and images per company standards - Take ownership of individual projects while working on collaborative projects Skills and Knowledge Ability to identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute communications strategies, Adaptive to change and maintains composure under pressure, Excellent problem solving and creative thinking skills, Knowledge of industry’s latest technology trends and applications, Proficiency in Adobe Creative (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Excel) suites
