The ideal candidate will manage and execute projects from start to finish with creativity and professionalism. • Meet weekly with the management team to provide progress updates on various projects • Maintain a creative project request task list and clearly communicate production timelines to the rest of the management team; manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively reprioritize with Director of Operations and marketing liaison when necessary • Remain current on marketing trends, including (but not limited to) website, social media, and video • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Owner and Director of Operations, primarily including tasks in the fields outlined below: Graphic Design • Utilize design programs (preferably Adobe CC InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to support the development of our company culture, brand identity, and promotion of events, by producing marketing materials to include: • Print collateral, such as promotional sales brochures, rack cards and posters, as well as large-scale signs and banners • Web content, such as images for social media, email blasts, and websites • Event graphics, to include concept design, social media assets, and/or logo(s) for festivals or annual parties Project Management, Event Execution & Product Sourcing • Work alongside the management team to plan large-scale annual festivals and events • Attend planning meetings to discuss marketing strategies and graphic needs in the lead up to an event • Present creative ways to market each event based on the specific target audience • May occasionally be asked to source products un-related to an event Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary
