Graphic Designer / Media Designer (Executive Visual Storytelling)

The primary focus is transforming complex business, technology, risk, compliance, and strategic initiatives into clear, concise, and visually compelling executive-level communications. While not required, experience in the following areas is highly valued: Design and develop executive-level presentations, visual communications, and strategic messaging materials Build storyboards and presentation flows that effectively communicate business objectives Create infographics, diagrams, illustrations, and visual artifacts supporting leadership initiatives Translate technical, risk-related, operational, and strategic concepts into visually engaging content Partner with leadership, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop communication strategies Create professional presentation materials for executive leadership, chief officers, and board-level audiences Develop creative concepts while maintaining alignment with corporate branding standards Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment Support urgent requests and short-turnaround executive communications Maintain organized design assets, artwork files, and project documentation Ensure consistency with branding, visual identity standards, approved fonts, and corporate color palettes 3+ years of professional experience in: Graphic Design Media Design Visual Communications Presentation Design Information Design Creative Services Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint expertise Strong portfolio demonstrating: Executive presentations Storyboards Infographics Narrative-driven visual communication Professional corporate design work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong visual storytelling and conceptualization abilities Experience translating complex business concepts into engaging visual content Strong understanding of: Layout design Typography Visual hierarchy Information design Color theory Presentation design principles Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines Executive communications experience Corporate communications experience Experience supporting senior leadership teams Information design experience Visual strategy consulting experience Familiarity with: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Experience in: Technology organizations Financial services Risk management Compliance environments Experience creating: Board presentations Executive briefings Strategic communication materials Leadership storytelling presentations
