Graphic Designer & Media Specialist

Design and produce marketing and communications materials for print and digital channels, including advertisements, brochures, newsletters, direct mail, signage, social media graphics, email campaign graphics, website content, presentations, and other branded collateral using current design software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat Pro. Work in conjunction with the Manager of Marketing to assist in Developing and editing of marketing content, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing, to support marketing initiatives and organizational communications, and coordinate production of marketing materials by collaborating with internal teams as well as external vendors. Provide support to other departments for communication, special events, or promotions, including signage and collateral materials, as well as for design and copywriting work, as directed by the Manager of Marketing. This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment and may include a hybrid or remote work setting. The role requires the ability to perform essential job functions such as working at a computer for extended periods and moving within the office environment as needed.
