Graphic Designer & Merchandise Coordinator

As our Graphic Designer & Merchandise Coordinator, you will lead all creative design work for the brewery. Your projects will range from event posters, beer packaging, and social media content to merchandise design and event branding. Key Responsibilities • Design high-quality visuals for event posters, signage, beer packaging, merchandise, steins, and other branded materials • Manage the merchandise program from design concept to finished product, including apparel, glassware, steins, and other specialty items • Collaborate with the Event Manager and Marketing Manager to brand and promote events, festivals, and special campaigns • Create engaging social media content with the Marketing Manager, including graphics, reels, stories, and post templates • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials in line with Schulz Bräu’s brand standards • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail • Coordinate with vendors such as printers, apparel manufacturers, and merchandise suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery Applicants must submit all of the following to be considered: • A cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this role • A current resume • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work • Do you understand this is an on-site position and not a remote role?
