Graphic Designer - Motion

Roc Nation is seeking a Graphic Designer - Motion to work in our NYC office and report directly to the Jr. Art Director. The Motion Designer has a solid foundation in design principles and can own the full design process from ideation to completionBe the primary resource for the execution of motion graphics for our Creative teamPre-determine motion design needs and challenges, while addressing them proactively, and efficiently with custom and templatized solutionsAssist in the development and production of graphic assets, image creation, typography, and designs alongside the Art Director and Graphic Design TeamAssist in creating and producing Advertising, Marketing, and all collateral materialsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, brand and artist marketing to fulfill asset needsBrainstorm and develop innovative ideas with the teamUphold the standards of the Roc Nation brandAll other duties, as assigned 2+ years or more of experience in motion design and visual communication, preferably in the entertainment sector, or other fast-paced, high-volume environmentExtensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign)PDF portfolio or online portfolio required For this reason, Roc Nation will make reasonable accommodations for the known physical or mental limitations of an otherwise qualified individual with a disability who is an applicant consistent with its legal obligations to do so, including reasonable accommodations related to pregnancy in accordance with applicable local, state and / or federal law.
