**Overview:** The Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist is a vital role within United Way of Central Florida, responsible for designing and producing engaging visual content across digital, print, and video platforms. This individual will work to elevate our visual identity, produce video content that connects hearts to impact, and help create a more vibrant and engaged community in the three counties we serve. **Responsibilities:** • Design & Branding: + Develop and produce high-quality print and digital materials + Support campaign and event collateral + Create materials for workplace giving, donor engagement, and community partner campaigns + Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials • Multimedia & Video Production: + Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for storytelling, campaigns, social media, and events + Create animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects + Produce photography including staff headshots and event documentation + Manage the video and photography asset library • Digital & Social Media Support: + Design social media graphics, story templates, and reels + Partner with the communications team to support branded content calendars + Support content development for email marketing campaigns • Website & Email Visuals: + Update and maintain visuals on the organization's website + Ensure consistency in design and user experience across online platforms • Creative Project Management: + Track timelines for multiple creative projects using project management tools + Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality output + Stay current on design trends and recommend creative solutions aligned with nonprofit goals • Print & Vendor Coordination: + Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors + Source branded merchandise and event materials when needed • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization • Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, and editing • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and time-management skills • *Benefits:** • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match • Generous PTO and holiday schedule • Professional development and continuing education opportunities • Salary: $53,000-$58,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications
