We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our international marketing team! We’re an industry-based organization passionate about what we do and the interpretation of our culture and vision through our brand interactions. Role Overview What you will do • Conceptualize and manage digital and printed design projects in collaboration with the other graphic designers and broader marketing team • Be design support for our multitude of brands and drive brand direction across social media and other advertising platforms • Storyboard and present video concepts, as well as execute and design video-based marketing materials • Help manage any photo & video shoots required to support marketing initiatives • Help manage external contractors & their project timelines, specifically any videographers and external video editors • Design advertising for retargeting, social media and other web-based campaigns • Design digital landing page imagery and digital assets for recruitment, sales campaigns and blogs • Printed design initiatives including brochures & flyers, trade show banners, vehicle wraps, uniforms and signage • Provide design support for customer proposals, presentations and tender responses • Attend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership Strong flair in ideation & innovation • High level of proficiency in the use of the Adobe Suite; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro • Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Has an innate creativity to conceptualize designs in accordance with our branding guidelines, whilst also possessing the technical graphic & multimedia skills to materialize them • Have the ability to self-manage your time and projects from initiation through to completion, in addition to managing any external contractors in tandem, providing them clear timelines and deliverables • Skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to eloquently present concepts and explain design approach and reasoning • Receptive and appreciative of feedback, and enjoys a collaborative environment • Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills in workflow, deadline adherence and file organization is a must • Video & motion graphics/animation experience is a must • Work-Style Competencies • Teamwork and Communication: Possesses the ability to work with a number of different talents within the business • Flexibility, Adaptability: Able to move with changing goalposts • Visual Thinker: Constantly voice and execute innovative creative solutions for marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns • Takes Ownership: Can take on a project and run with it independently as a very hands-on contributor • A Doer: Gets stuff done!
