About the role:

You will collaborate with multiple departments and be the lead designer on projects that resonate with our listeners, fans and clients across our websites, social media platforms, and beyond (emails, display ads, logos, landing pages, etc.). You’ll design for a Media Company with 6 well established, local brands and the goal is to build innovative & inspired graphics & video that our clients will be positively impacted by, and our listeners will love. We think this is a dream job for an extremely talented, graphic designer/multi-media specialist who has a passion for creativity, is efficient with their time, loves collaboration and moves with speed all while upholding the quality of their work.

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with your teammates across Cumulus Indianapolis (Sales, Programming and Promotions) to design graphics for promotional materials for our events & promotions, client marketing campaigns, sales proposals & presentations, and promotional/attribution recaps
Advocating for our brands through your designs and communication
Designing logos for station events, promotions, and client sponsorships
Edit and create short-length videos for branded marketing materials and client campaigns

What you’ll bring to the table:

Proficient in creating dynamic and engaging graphics with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
A strong knowledge of websites and how they function, and content management systems is essential to this position.
Some background or knowledge in the following is preferred: Flash, JavaScript, Microsoft Office products, WordPress, CSS
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
You’re an effective communicator, extremely detail oriented and can successfully manage several projects & deadlines across multiple departments
Knowledge of the media industry is helpful though not required
