SummaryHII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer (Multimedia) to join the Space Protection and Response Solutions team at Kirtland Air Force Base. The role requires a creative and detail‑oriented professional who can manage sensitive information while producing high‑quality visual products for multiple media platforms. The position supports mission‑focused projects and demands strong technical, creative, and organizational skills.

What You Will DoCreate and edit digital media content including images, videos, animations, and interactive productsDevelop original graphic designs for military and defense related projectsProduce high quality print materials and UX/UI design elementsConduct photography assignments and perform post‑production editingCreate 2D/3D graphics and animations for technical and operational presentationsMaintain standards and readiness of the digital content production studioDevelop and refine storyboards, original content, and multimedia productsCreate new materials from multiple source inputs and update previously produced contentCoordinate all digital and physical content requirements associated with unique dossiers/legendsWrite, develop, edit, and publish content for digital platformsTrack and maintain dossier/legend information, metrics, and product requestsManage and track project documentation and multimedia production metricsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet content and design requirementsSupport development of capability brochures, pamphlets, and communication materials for labs and technical areasWhat You Must Have5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; 0 years’ experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience5+ years of professional graphic design experience (or equivalent per degree/experience substitution matrix)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After EffectsKnowledge of UI/UX design principles and HTMLStrong portfolio demonstrating diverse digital media capabilitiesPreferred RequirementsExperience in the defense or government sectorActive TS/SCI security clearanceAdvanced skills in 3D modeling and animationExpertise in photography and audio productionUnderstanding of web development and responsive designExperience handling classified or sensitive informationThe listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
