Maximus is excited to announce an opportunity for a Graphic/Document Design Specialist as we prepare to support a federal OPTN (Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network) contract award. In this mission-driven position, you will collaborate with authors and cross-functional teams to design and create proposals, reports, presentations, and digital/print materials. Your ability to ensure all outputs adhere to established style guides, meet high-quality standards, and comply with strict deadlines will be essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). If you enjoy a balance of creativity and structure in a federal, deadline-oriented environment and have 3 or more years of experience, we want to hear from you!
