The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector. - Work simultaneously on 3+ projects based on current workload and projects. - Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral - Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design - Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. - Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. - Must be detail oriented and highly creative - 2 years of professional experience in graphic design - Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field - Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred - Must be able to thrive in deadline driven environment - Ability to work as part of a team or independently - Proficiency in Adobe CS5+ Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and In Design - Basic Microsoft Office application knowledge - Strong analytical skills - Familiarity with copywriting
