William Ryan Homes is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a rare combination of creativity and a high-level of technical proficiency. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials across all media platforms, such as websites, landing pages and e-mail • Design all ad creative, including digital assets such as hmtl5 banners, social media creative (stories and reels), produce video assets, as well as traditional mediums such as brochures, flyers, signs, QR codes, banners, event collateral and booth graphics • Take ownership of design projects from start-to-finish, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and guidelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Division teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project requirements • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and apply them to ongoing projects • Assist in photo editing and retouching as needed • Provide strategic design direction to Division teams, providing best practices Qualifications and Skills: • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs and projects • Experience with print and digital design • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment • Familiarity with real estate or construction industry is a plus • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools • Expertise in traditional print capabilities such as brochures, collateral, direct mail, event graphics, etc. William Ryan Homes is an Equal Opportunity Employer
