Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for developing both digital/print design projects for social posts, paid digital, brochures, logos, posters, infographics and advertisements and editing short-form videos for marketing purposes. This position is based in Seattle/Redmond Washington.
Primary Duties:
Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences.Lead graphic design expertise with the AI agents, providing on-going instruction to teach the agents/bots what is on brand visually.Development and on-going maintenance of a database of ready-to-go assets (still and video) that the agents can access to develop marketing communications (social posts, blogs, digital ads, etc.)Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the brand through different social media platforms and the website.Collaborate with team members to create designs that meet business needs and align with overall marketing strategiesKnowledge, Skill, and Abilities

Degree in graphic design, art or marketing or at least 3 years of experience in graphic design for marketing materialFamiliarity with design software and technologies – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, IllustratorPhysical Demands
Ability to regularly lift-up to 35 pounds. Frequent sitting. Frequent uses of hand to finger for keyboard workMust be able to speak and hear well enough to conduct conversations. Vision abilities are critical and include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Benefits
