This is a hybrid role — roughly 80% design, 20% office operations — supporting Partner Reagan Crabtree in a fast-paced retail CRE environment, based in our Class A, high-amenity Raleigh office at 2700 Wycliff Rd.
Design side: tour books, site flyers, market surveys, and pitch decks in Adobe InDesign. Operations side: deal file management, transaction coordination, correspondence, and keeping the office running smoothly.
You're a fit if you:
Know InDesign well — this is the core toolHave a background in CRE, AEC, or professional-services marketingAre organized and can juggle multiple deals without dropping anythingWrite clearly and represent a professional firm's voice in correspondence
