Graphic Designer & Office Administrator

About the Company We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Office Administrator. Graphic Design & Marketing Support Design marketing materials, billboard advertisements, presentations, and promotional pieces.Capture and edit webcam photos for internal and external use.Provide graphic design support for sales initiatives and special projects.Assist the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and customer support materials.Administrative & Office Support Greet visitors and answer the front door, including mail deliveries and visitors.Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and maintain organized records.Prepare and distribute POP (Proof of Performance) reports for advertising customers.Maintain an organized, professional front office and break room.Order office and break room supplies as needed and monitor inventory.File documents and maintain organized electronic and paper records.Perform general administrative duties as assigned. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of graphic design experience preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Microsoft Office preferred.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.Experience with Accounts Payable or general office administration is a plus. Creative eye for design and branding.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.Experience supporting sales teams.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment.Comfortable learning new software and internal systems.
