Lead the design and development of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for live eventsOperate graphics and video playback at live events Partner directly clients to design polished, engaging, and executive-level presentation materialsTranslate client scripts, outlines, and messaging into visually compelling presentation contentEnsure presentation decks are accurate, organized, and show-ready, with strong attention to formatting, consistency, and detailSupport presenters and our on-site team to ensure smooth presentation delivery throughout rehearsals and live showsContribute to client-facing pitch materials, including presentations, logos, theme development, and supporting graphicsManage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively across concurrent assignmentsWork late hours and weekends as needed for tight deadlines, peak seasons, and event supportMust be willing to travel or be on-site 50% of the time.
