GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Onsite

The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled creator responsible for elevating the Daniel Defense brand through expert-level design execution, hands-on production, and cross-department collaboration. The Senior Graphic Designer leads high-level creative execution across print, digital, product, and environmental touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer serves as a creative partner to leadership, collaborates across departments, and supports outreach to external partners, vendors, and media outlets when needed. Bachelor’s degree I Graphic Designer, Visual Communication or a related field; or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.4-7 years of professional design experience.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); strong capability in motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent).Strong understanding of brand systems, marketing fundamentals, and multi-channel creative execution.Advanced skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.Strong collaboration skills with ability to work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Strong understanding of firearms safety, industry standards, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to work in accordance with our Company Values.Physical Requirements: This list is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel in this job.
