Graphic Designer Operations

Position Summary Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: • Concept product graphic treatments • Concept packaging treatments • Use 3D rendering programs to present graphic concepts, packaging concepts and marketing assets • Work with Engineering team's and custom machinery to get product and design files "production ready" and capture on product spec sheets • Work with custom production machinery to prototype and finalize product • Provide detailed graphic spec sheets, tech packs and production ready files • Collaborate with Graphic design team and Creative director on new graphic concepts and cosmetics • Learn skill-set for Product Graphic Design, file setup and timeline management • Eager to learn fundamentals of engineering and manufacturing capabilities • Performs other responsibilities as assigned • Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multi-tasking global working environment. Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or similar field • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction or Graphic Design related field Work Environment / Physical Requirements: • Normal office conditions • Comfortable in a manufacturing environment • Consistent computer use • Ability to work extended hours as necessary • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials • Frequent work on production floor and work with complex production machinery
