We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s passionate about attention to detail and creating innovative, minimalistic, and engaging visuals. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Miami HQ, designed for someone confident in their design skills and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, brand environment. Key Responsibilities: ~ Social Media Design: Create Instagram posts, stories, and other content using Illustrator and P hotoshop.Email ~ Design: Desi gn and build emails in platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.Marke ~ ting Graphics: Supp ort launches, website updates, and campaign moments with clean, on-brand design.Visua ~ l Storytelling: Help translate concepts into visuals that feel aligned, intentional, and easy to understand.Consi ~ stency: Main tain strong visual standards across all platforms. Goals: ~ Maximize Engagement: Design content that performs—prioritizing scroll-stopping visuals across social a nd email.Suppo ~ rt Growth: Help the team execute quickly and clearly, especially during high-volume weeks and key launches.Maint ~ ain Consistency: Rein force visual identity through every asset, ensuring the brand stays recognizable and refined.Strea ~ mline Workflow: Crea te design systems and templates that help the team move faster while staying on-brand.Grow ~ Creatively: Take ownership of projects, pitch ideas, and bring strong design thinking to the table.
