In this role, you will be working with the in-house creative team to create design projects across multiple channels. The manager is looking for someone who excels at innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with comprehensive experience across all elements of graphic design for fashion retail. Create and execute innovative graphic design concepts across multiple retail channels including in-store signage, digital media, social platforms, print materials, and product packaging Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, visual, and digital teams to develop cohesive visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints Apply strategic thinking to translate marketing goals and seasonal initiatives into compelling, customer-facing design solutions that drive engagement and conversion Present design concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders at various levels, incorporating feedback and refining work as needed 5+ years of demonstrated experience in fashion retail graphic design across multiple channels (in-store, digital, social, print, packaging) ~ A portfolio showcasing innovative, boundary-pushing design work across various retail touchpoints ~ Advanced technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) ~ Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions ~ Experience leading design projects across multiple channels Accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process as required under Motion Recruitment Employment Accommodation policy.
