Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

As our brand continues to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to help bring our visual identity to life across campaigns, packaging, merch, retail, and digital platforms. About the Role As a Part-Time Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Product and Marketing Manager to support ongoing design needs across the company. Key Responsibilities • Merch Design: Create artwork for pins, stickers, T-shirts, fanny packs, and other branded items • Retail Design: Design in-store displays, shelf talkers, signage, and posters for key retail partners • Educational Materials: Produce visual aids (digital and print) to help budtenders and buyers understand and promote our products • Marketing Assets: Develop visuals for social media, email campaigns, hero banners, and retail TV screens • Packaging Support: Assist with product mockups and packaging updates • Organization: Maintain well-labeled, version-controlled design files in shared folders • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external designers; communicate clearly and take feedback constructively What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in graphic design (freelance, agency, or in-house) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or Canva a plus • Strong understanding of layout, branding, typography, and color • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work well in a medium- to fast-paced environment • Highly organized with attention to detail and file structure • A portfolio that shows versatility in branding, marketing, and merchandise work • Experience in the cannabis industry for advertising is helpful but not required Work Location: Hybrid remote in Medway, MA 02053
