Graphic Designer (Part Time)

The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing & Communications team in producing creative materials across ICP. Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, this role focuses on executing visual assets that support exhibitions, school programming, public programs, membership, and institutional initiatives. This is a hands-on design position responsible for producing print and digital materials in alignment with ICP’s brand standards. Graphic Design • Execute design for integrated marketing campaigns across print, advertising, web, email, and social media • Support the design of environmental graphics for galleries and school spaces, including signage, wall texts, and object labels • Produce print and digital assets including brochures, flyers, postcards, event collateral, email templates, and online graphics • Maintain consistent application of ICP’s brand identity and visual standards • Present design concepts internally and incorporate feedback • Work onsite with teams at ICP’s Lower East Side location • Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in graphic or visual communication design preferred • Minimum two years of professional design experience, including print and digital production • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of digital production standards • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Collaborative and proactive working style • Interest in photography, arts, or cultural institutions preferred
