Job Title: Graphic Designer (Part-Time | 15 Hours/Week) Company: Cumberland Hospitality Group (Scoreboard, The Nashville Palace, Bootleggers Inn, Doc Holliday’s & More) We are looking for someone who understands design at a professional level—someone who can think creatively, execute efficiently, and manage multiple projects without hand-holding. What You’ll Do: Design high-impact graphics for: Social media campaigns Concert & event promotions Large-scale banners & signage In-venue marketing materials (menus, table tents, posters) Digital ads and email graphics Maintain and evolve brand consistency across multiple concepts Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns quickly and effectively Manage multiple projects and deadlines across several brands simultaneously Prepare print-ready files and understand production specs (bleeds, sizing, materials, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in graphic design (hospitality, events, nightlife, or entertainment preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (social, print, large-format, branding) Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to design for both digital and print with attention to detail Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workflow Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines Someone who is both creative and strategic—designs should look good and drive action
