Search Influence is a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through smart, data-driven campaigns. We're adding a Part-Time Graphic Designer to our Operations team — someone who can move fast, think strategically, and craft digital assets that make people click. This is a flexible part-time role with variety.
What you’ll be doing:
Design high-impact digital ads — HTML5, Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook & InstagramBuild landing pages and layout designs that support SEO and paid campaignsCreate video ads and animated graphics for social and display platformsCollaborate with our Account Management team to deliver polished concepts on timeImplement revision feedback quickly and efficiently — we move at agency speedMaintain brand consistency across all client deliverablesLeverage AI tools (think Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to accelerate creative productionStay ahead of trends in digital design and share what you learn with the team

Must-Haves:
1+ year of graphic design experience in a digital advertising or multimedia agencyExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience designing HTML5 ad unitsStrong attention to detail and impeccable time managementSelf-starter who can deliver independently without hand-holdingExcellent communication skills — written and verbalNice-to-Haves:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalentProficiency in Figma and/or CanvaPortfolio showcasing digital ads, landing pages, and social graphicsFamiliarity with UX/web design best practicesExperience with AI image generation toolsBasic HTML/CSS knowledgeAbility to work across platforms, including Google Web DesignerWe understand that many candidates may not be perfectly qualified for a job posting.
