Contract Graphic Designer (Part-Time Contractor) Interos.ai is the supply chain risk intelligence company – building the most trusted and transparent supply chains in the world. Interos.ai serves a variety of commercial, government, and public sector customers around the world including a host of Global Fortune 500 companies and members of the Five Eyes nations. What You Will Do Design and maintain branded templates for internal and external presentations in PowerPoint Develop and update Interos.ai brand guidelines, including specifications for color palettes, typography, and imagery Create visual assets for blog posts, white papers, reports, newsletters, and case studies Design social media graphics and digital marketing visuals Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-impact internal and external PowerPoints, including pitch decks and strategic presentations Support the production of videos, either independently or in coordination with videographers Design event-related materials including brochures, booth designs, swag, and splash/landing pages Produce product documentation, user guides, and company one-pagers Design and deliver standalone promotional web pages and microsites as needed Develop visual assets for welcome kits and branded swag Contribute to various other design projects across departments as needed Executed white glove customer service with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and personalized support. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital and print work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools) Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and modern design trends Experience creating visual assets across multiple channels, including social media, web, email, and print Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally Experience working with marketing and content teams to turn strategic goals into impactful design Bonus: Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects), web design platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress), and Canva Additional Information Compensation: Part-time position (25–30 hours/week) with opportunities for additional hours based on project needs and performance This position may require up to minimal travel.
