Position Overview
We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to support Hayman Enterprises and its affiliated projects by creating high-quality visual materials for both digital and print use.
This role includes everything from developing brand identities for new ventures to creating marketing collateral for established organizations. Projects may include logos, flyers, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, event materials, postcards, one-pagers, reports, signage, and other promotional pieces.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working on multiple projects with different styles, audiences, and branding requirements.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding

Design professional marketing and promotional materials
Create logos and visual identities for new projects and organizations
Develop flyers, brochures, postcards, rack cards, banners, and print materials
Design social media graphics and digital marketing assets
Create presentations, reports, and branded documents
Design event signage, displays, and promotional materials
Maintain consistency with existing brand standards while also developing new visual concepts when needed
Prepare files for both print and digital distribution

Creative Support

Translate ideas and rough concepts into polished visual designs
Recommend creative approaches that improve communication and engagement
Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and layouts
Assist with special design projects as assigned

Qualifications
Required

Strong graphic design portfolio
Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar)
Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently

Preferred

Experience designing marketing materials for businesses or nonprofits
Experience developing logos and brand identity systems
Experience with presentation design
Experience preparing files for commercial printing
Familiarity with social media graphic design and digital marketing
