From concept through execution, you will guide the creative process, mentor junior designers, and confidently present ideas to clients while ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals. Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, design innovation, project delivery, and your ability to elevate brand presence through experiential design. What you’ll do Lead the design of diverse experiential graphic design projects including branded environments, signage, and wayfinding systems that integrate with the built environment. Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and creative teams through design workshops, project meetings, and reviews to define goals, align solutions with brand objectives, and support a high-performing studio culture. You have strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and trends relevant to experiential, interior, and graphic design within the built environment.
