Design & Execution • Create high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets across packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints — from concept through final production • Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into polished, production-ready design solutions • Independently lead assigned design projects while contributing to larger team initiatives • Apply and extend brand systems thoughtfully across new formats and surfaces • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables Workflow & Project Ownership • Own assigned packaging and retail design workflows from intake through final file delivery • Manage tasks and reviews using project tools (Asana, Ziflow, or similar platforms) • Track revisions, approvals, and proofing stages to keep projects moving efficiently • Flag risks or production concerns early and propose solutions You understand how to bring a brand to life across dielines with an eye for detail, color, and print accuracy You can flex beyond packaging: When time allows, you’re happy to jump in on sales collateral, retail POS, or other print-based creative needs to support the broader team • 3+ years of experience in graphic design • A portfolio of work demonstrating ability • A hunger to learn and a solid work ethic.
