Graphic Designer & Pre-Press Technician

This role is currently part-time, but for the right person, it has the potential to grow into a full-time position with 401K benefits as our team and workload continue to expand. Key Responsibilities • Design custom gaming chips using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop • Translate client specifications into high-quality artwork • Amend and refine designs based on feedback • Prepare clean, print-ready files with attention to detail • Color-match customer samples and identify appropriate Pantone colors • Communicate directly with clients on design needs • Upload and manage files via Google Drive and Trello • Create sample chips for business development and internal use • Pitch in on other areas of the business when needed What We’re Looking For • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop) • Strong understanding of color theory; familiarity with Pantone recommended • Excellent verbal and written communication • Highly organized with strong file management habits • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Willingness to learn and support other parts of a small business operation • Prior experience in graphic design, print production, or prepress roles preferred
