Department: Marketing – Design and Creative The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred or equivalent experienceExperience: At least two (2) years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within sports, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, luxury, agency, or experiential designStrong portfolio demonstrating a refined design aesthetic, excellent typography, editorial layout, and brand storytelling.Experience designing for premium hospitality, executive communications, events, corporate environments, sponsorships, or luxury consumer experiences Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Experience with Figma is a plus.Ability to thoughtfully adapt design style across a range of audiences and applications, including:Bold, energetic football campaignsSophisticated executive communicationsPremium member and hospitality experiencesCorporate and sponsorship creativeCommunity and foundation storytellingStrong communication, collaboration, organization, and project-management skills.Ability to receive feedback, incorporate direction, and present creative concepts with confidence and clarity.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
