The person in this position will utilize their experience and skills with the Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat as well as lesser used software such as Word and Excel to complete customer jobs, pre-flight customer provided files and prepare them for digital and wide format printing in a Mac OS environment. This position also includes assisting with customer service. • Working with customers to help resolve their file problems. • Creating designs for customers, Repairing and Modifying PDF files for print. • Preferred work experience in Digital, Wide Format and Sign printing.
