Graphic Designer - Prepress Specialist

The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, are currently seeking a Graphic Designer - Prepress Specialist to support our Indianapolis, IN facility. Prepress & File Preparation Prepare and finalize customer artwork for digital print production on the Xceed press.Review incoming files for print readiness (resolution, color, die lines, bleeds, fonts).Adjust artwork as needed to meet press and substrate requirements.Manage color setup and consistency across jobs.Set up files properly for RIP and digital press workflow.Catch and resolve issues before they hit the press to avoid rework or downtime.Generate and review proofs prior to production. Press-Floor Support & Execution Serve as the primary prepress/graphics resource at the digital press.Work directly with operators to make sure files run cleanly and efficiently.Troubleshoot issues at press (color, scaling, alignment, file errors).Ensure files are press-ready and prioritized to support efficient production flow.Participate in pre-production reviews (graphics, die lines, substrates, inks).
