Graphic Designer / Prepress Specialist

The right person understands design fundamentals, has practical print knowledge, pays close attention to details, and can manage work with limited oversight. What We're Looking For Strong design fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, layout, and readability Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Basic print knowledge, including bleed, margins, image resolution, vector versus raster artwork, and print color Ability to explain design decisions and work from customer goals rather than personal preference Strong attention to detail and consistent quality-check habits Ability to work independently and communicate professionally About one year of print design, prepress, sign, or production design experience Experience preparing files for digital cut-sheet or wide-format production Experience designing signage, wall graphics, or vehicle wraps Familiarity with cut paths, spot colors, imposition, RIP software, or commercial print workflows Pay starts at $20-$22 per hour based on demonstrated design fundamentals, print knowledge, production-file readiness, and relevant experience.
