Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with Prepress Production experience to serve as a key liaison between clients, sales representatives, and our internal graphics team. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, sales reps, and the graphic design team to ensure project accuracy and client satisfaction • Translate customer ideas and brand guidelines into production-ready designs that meet large-format print specifications • Prepare and preflight files for print production, ensuring all artwork is print-ready and adheres to technical requirements • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to gather design requirements, provide proofs, and implement revisions • Coordinate with customers and production staff to align on timelines, specifications, and workflows • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and deadlines using internal systems • Support print production supervisors in meeting daily goals and maintaining quality standards • Organize and maintain a digital archive of design files and project documentation Location Requirements: • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89119 before starting work Pay: $20.56 - $22.46 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday
