Graphic Designer, Print, Digital & Multimedia

This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced designer who is strong in the fundamentals and comfortable working across a variety of creative projects. Core Responsibilities • Design print and digital marketing materials including flyers, brochures, ads, social graphics, email graphics, web ads, signage, and other branded collateral • Create visual assets for NEFAR events, programs, campaigns, and initiatives • Assist with the design and formatting of slide decks and presentations for events and internal use • Support the organization and maintenance of NEFAR brand assets, templates, and design files • Help ensure consistency across all materials in alignment with established brand standards • Prepare final files for print and digital production • Work with vendors and printers to coordinate production and deliverables • Assist with simple publication layout and production support • Perform basic video editing for social media and promotional content • Communicate clearly with staff and team members to gather assets, information, and approvals • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail Secondary Responsibilities • Assist with photography and video capture as needed • Support in-house podcast recording, editing, and production • Assist with development and maintenance of internal templates and branded systems • Support other creative production needs as assigned Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience preferred • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print and digital design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro • Working knowledge of Canva • Familiarity with AI generative tools and how they can support a professional creative workflow • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, and core design principles • Experience preparing files for print production and working with vendors/printers • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail • Ability to take direction well, apply feedback professionally, and work within an established creative structure • Ability to work independently without constant oversight while also collaborating effectively with a team Experience: • Graphic design: 5 years (Required)
