Graphic Designer (Print & Digital)

We are seeking a highly creative and artistic Graphic Designer to join our team in Katy, Texas. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print applications while partnering closely with marketing, leadership, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives through strong, effective design. Transform broad ideas, objectives, or requests into multiple creative visual concepts.Present several design options and approaches for stakeholder review and selection.Bring original artistic ideas that elevate projects beyond basic design execution.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual solutions. Minimally, 1 year of production graphic design experienceDemonstrable experience and strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaAbility to produce multiple design concepts from a single project brieExcellent visual design skills, including composition, typography, color theory, and layoutKnowledge of print design specifications, including crop, bleed, trim, and safe zones, to prepare print-ready filesStrong communication skills and ability to explain creative rationaleAbility to accept and apply constructive feedbackStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlines Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related fieldMinimally 1-3 years of professional graphic design experienceIdeally, a background in Marketing in the real estate / housing industryExperience designing both print (including large format) and digital marketing materialsPhotography or motion graphics experience is a plus
