This role blends solid design fundamentals with the ability to translate complex information into visuals that are easy to understand and aligned with SEH’s brand.You’ll work closely with the creative team and internal partners to support conferences, multi-channel marketing efforts, and client-facing materials that strengthen how SEH shows up in the market.This OpportunityDevelop and produce design materials across print and digital formats, including marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, and conference/event graphicsTranslate technical content, data, and written narratives into clear, visually engaging graphics and infographicsLead client-facing and project-related efforts by creating high-quality layouts, presentations, and visual storytelling that helps communicate technical solutionsCollaborate with marketing team, technical teams, and external partners to deliver thoughtful, effective design solutionsApply SEH brand standards consistently across all materialsManage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities with minimal oversightUse project management tools to track work, communicate progress, and stay aligned with team workflowsExplore new design approaches and AI/tools to improve quality and efficiencyThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the majority of US states. If you are open to relocation, please highlight this in your application.Essential QualificationsCandidates must provide links to their graphic design portfolio along with their resume and cover letterProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Power Point Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchyAbility to take complex or technical information and turn it into clear, compelling visualsExperience designing a range of materials including large-format or event-related graphics (conference booths, displays, signage)Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality under tight timelinesClear communication skills and a collaborative mindsetAbility to use AI tools to support design workflows in a thoughtful and responsible wayExperience leading a design from concept all the way through print production, working with various partners and vendors independentlyPreferred Qualifications Candidates residing in the following states: Texas, Arizona, Florida, or Colorado3–5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both print and digital workFamiliarity with marketing platforms (such as Hub Spot) and project management toolsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related fieldWho We AreBetter…
