Graphic Designer / Print Production Technician

We're looking for a Graphic Designer / Print Production Technician who thrives at the intersection of creativity and precision. You'll be joining a small, collaborative 3-person production team where you'll take projects from digital concept to finished product, designing compelling proofs for recognized brands, prepping files for print, and running our in-house equipment to create various promotional products. This role reports to our Print Production Manager and is perfect for someone who loves seeing their design work come to life in tangible form, takes pride in delivering polished, professional results and has an eye for quality control. What You'll Do • Create compelling virtual product presentations and proofs for national brands • Perform pre-flight checks and pre-press setup to ensure artwork files are print-ready and accurate • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot in-house Mimaki UV printers, laminators, and plotting equipment • Execute daily production orders following established schedules and quality standards • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Ability to Commute: • Indianapolis, IN 46268 (Required)
