Graphic Designer & Print Production Coordinator (Full-Time)

Position Overview Capps Ministries is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer & Print Production Coordinator to support publishing and print production across the ministry. This role is responsible for preparing, finalizing, and coordinating files for print, working with both internal teams and external designers to ensure all materials are produced accurately and on time. Submit files to print vendors and confirm specifications Communicate with printers to resolve file or production issues Track print jobs and ensure timelines are met Coordinate with internal staff to gather materials and approvals Assist with local/in-house printing needs Work closely with: Publishing Communications External designers and vendors Execute tasks based on direction and deadlines Support production needs across departments 2+ years graphic design or production experience Strong proficiency in: Adobe InDesign (required) Photoshop Illustrator Understanding of print production processes Experience preparing files for print Strong attention to detail and accuracy
