About Us Name Badges, Inc. is a growing online print and signage company based in Greenville, SC. About the Role We're hiring a Graphic Designer for our Print Production team. This is hands-on production design work, not branding or marketing. What You'll Do Prepare customer artwork and set up files for print productionEnsure designs are properly aligned, spaced, and formatted for outputClean up logos and artwork submitted by customersRemove backgrounds and prepare images for printWork with vector files and convert artwork as neededReview orders for accuracy before sending to productionManage multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required)Experience working with vector artwork and print-ready filesAbility to work quickly without sacrificing accuracyStrong attention to detail and organizationComfortable managing multiple jobs at the same timeBasic understanding of print file setup (bleed, margins, color modes) Nice to Have (Not Required) Previous experience in a print shop, sign shop, or production environmentFamiliarity with large format printing, engraving, or CNC workflowsExperience with UV printing, vinyl cutting, or sublimation This role is a great fit for designers who want hands-on production experience.
