Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, understands print-ready artwork, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Create custom apparel designs for businesses, schools, events, and organizations.Develop customer mockups and digital proofs.Prepare production-ready vector artwork.Convert customer artwork into high-quality, print-ready files.Color separate artwork for screen printing.Recreate logos and vectorize artwork when necessary.Maintain brand consistency across customer projects. Prepare files for screen printing and embroidery production.Set up artwork for DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl applications.Verify artwork dimensions, colors, and placement before production.Create print files using RIP software when required.Communicate with the production team regarding artwork requirements.Troubleshoot artwork issues before jobs reach production. 2+ years of graphic design experience (apparel industry preferred)Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong understanding of vector artwork and color separationExperience preparing artwork for screen printing preferredKnowledge of embroidery digitizing is a plusExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPositive attitude and willingness to learnExcellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience
