Sharp Printing is seeking a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This hands-on role combines graphic design, print production, and wide format finishing across all three of our brands.
You'll work closely with customers, customer service representatives, and production teammates to take projects from initial artwork and design through finished product. We're looking for someone who can manage multiple projects, keep files and workflows organized, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and prepare custom designs and customer files for print production.Review artwork for print readiness, color accuracy, resolution, and production requirements.Create digital proofs and prepare production-ready layouts.Operate wide format printing equipment to produce banners, signs, decals, and other printed materials.Complete finishing tasks such as trimming, cutting, hemming, grommeting, laminating, and mounting.Manage multiple projects, maintain organized files, and meet production deadlines.Collaborate with customers, customer service, and production staff to ensure quality and accuracy.Assist with website product listings, and social media or marketing projects as needed.Qualifications
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.Understanding of graphic design, typography, color, and print production requirements.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently, follow specifications, and maintain attention to detail.Interest in or experience with wide format printing and hands-on finishing.Strong communication and teamwork skills.2+ years of graphic design or print-related experience preferred.Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.WordPress and e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required.Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 30+ pounds.Ability to regularly climb stairs, as the design department is located on the second floor.Ability to sit for extended periods and perform hands-on print production and finishing tasks.Benefits & Schedule

Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.
