As the Graphic Designer you will help clients on creative design layouts for signage and printing. This role requires strong customer service, creative and technical skills to format various images and illustrations to produce working production files for printing and fabrication. Additionally – you will be printing on our Roland Large Format printers/die/cutter, as well as a Xerox Iridesse digital printer/foil machine. You will be using a vinyl cutter/plotter and installing graphics on vehicles and a variety of substrates for signage. Qualifications • 2-3 years Graphic Design experience, preferably in the printing industry • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook • Proficiency in Mail merge using InDesign, CSV data & Freeform • Knowledge how to design in PMS and CVMYK color spaces, using & modifying spot colors, knockouts vs overprint • Knowledge of Fiery Freeform Creates – variable data and mail merge • Experience with Cutting vinyl on a Summa and die cutting & printing on Roland Eco Solvent large format printers • Experience installing cut vinyl on vehicles, window graphics & variety of substrates • Previous experience in a sign company • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50#
