Graphic Designer - Production Associate

You must be able to lift 4'x8' MDO panels, 10-foot 4"x4" posts, and do some basic shop work like cutting and painting. This is an in-person position, and we'd love to have the right person join our great team! Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: • Design visually compelling graphics using Adobe Illustrator to meet client specifications • Operate large-format printing and laminating machines to produce high-quality signage • Handle and assemble various substrates, including lifting and positioning 4'x8' MDO panels and 10-foot posts • Perform basic shop tasks such as cutting, painting, and finishing to prepare signs for installation • Learn and become proficient at doing small installation jobs in-house and on-site in the market area • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in production areas • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify design requirements and production timelines About Company
