Graphic Designer / Production Artist

We’re looking for a confident team member with a strong eye for composition, the ability to design quickly and accurately, and the versatility to work across a wide range of styles. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our Graphics, Events, and Sales teams to create compelling designs for screen print, embroidery, and other custom merchandise. This role requires strong creative ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Zia Graphics is one of the longest‑standing and most trusted names in custom apparel and event merchandising in the United States. Our team manages the full creative and production process — from original artwork and screen printing to embroidery, event merchandising programs, and nationwide fulfillment.
