Graphic Designer / Production Artist

Position Overview This role is responsible for taking customer-supplied artwork and transforming it into clean, production-ready designs for screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods. Key Responsibilities • Receive and review customer-submitted artwork (logos, photos, sketches, etc.) for customer approval • Adjust artwork to meet production requirements. Qualifications • 2+ years of graphic design experience (preferably in apparel or screen printing) • Adobe Illustrator (required) • Adobe Photoshop (required) • Vector artwork and file preparation • Color separation for screen printing • Basic embroidery concepts (digitizing knowledge is a plus) • Ability to accurately replicate designs and follow detailed instructions • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
