Graphic Designer / Product Development Associate

DKB Marketing is looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer who wants to do more than just design.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, product development, and real-world execution—working directly with our VP of Business Development & Creative to bring new concepts to life for leading cruise, resort, and hospitality partners.

If you’re someone who enjoys seeing your ideas go from concept → sample → production, this is a unique opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Design product concepts, mockups, and presentation materialsTranslate ideas into production-ready artwork and specificationsAssist in developing new products from initial concept through pre-productionCommunicate directly with overseas suppliers (primarily in Asia) via emailCoordinate revisions, samples, and production detailsSupport client presentations and internal creative initiativesWhat We’re Looking For

Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite required)Experience creating physical products or production files is a big plusExcellent written communication skills (you’ll be emailing suppliers regularly)Detail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSomeone who is hands-on, proactive, and solution-orientedWhy This Role is Different

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field3-5 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skillsPortfolio of work
