Graphic Designer (Production Focus)

This role is heavily focused on production accuracy, file preparation, and speed-to-market, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and compliance requirements. Assist the production lifecycle of assigned SKUs from approved concept through final print-ready releasePrepare files for print, including dielines, color corrections, bleeds, and spot colorsExecute high-volume production artwork for retail packaging, displays, inserts, and e-commerce assets with precision and consistencyOrganize and manage digital assets, ensuring files are accurate, labeled, and archived properlyAdapt and version existing designs across multiple SKUs, retailers, and formats efficientlyOccasionally assist with mockups, presentations, and concept boards for line reviews and buyer meetingsEnsure all files meet retailer, vendor, and international compliance requirements prior to releaseMaintain and apply RMS design systems, workflows, and production standardsEnsure all artwork meets quality, safety, and compliance standardsMaintain brand consistency across multiple product lines, SKUs, and retailersOrganize, label, archive, and manage digital assets with accuracy and consistencyWork within established creative direction to execute production assets rather than leading initial concept developmentCollaborate cross-functionally with Art Directors, peers, Sales, Product Development, and SourcingManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standardsPrepare accurate production files and oversee revisions through final approvalParticipate in creative reviews, primarily to align on execution and feasibility of productionIdentify and resolve production issues proactively, including file errors, dieline challenges, and print constraintsDemonstrate professionalism, accountability, proactive communication, and adaptabilitySupport Junior Designers through mentorship, guidance, and collaborationContribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Strong ability to execute and adapt existing creative across multiple formats and SKUsComfort working within established brand systems rather than building concepts from scratchConfident typography, color, and layout decisions across multiple SKUsAbility to prioritize accuracy, consistency, and efficiency over exploratory designStrong awareness of current and emerging design and retail trendsAbility to balance trend-forward design with commercial viability Ability to independently manage multiple projects and SKUs simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and file management practicesAbility to meet fast-paced deadlines without sacrificing qualityConfident in receiving and implementing cross-functional feedbackClear communication of design rationale and creative decisionsParticipation in concept reviews and internal presentationsAbility to manage high-volume workloads with efficiency and consistency Mission-Driven Growth: Be part of our ambitious journey to become the leading value toy company globally, prioritizing creativity, innovation, and fun for all.Collaborative Environment: Engage in a high-energy workplace where teamwork and cooperation thrive.Career Progression: Experience ongoing opportunities for advancement within our company.Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy competitive benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, 401k matching, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Annual Bonus Incentives: Receive annual bonus incentives tied to personal and company performance, recognizing your contributions to our shared success.
