Graphic Designer / Production Artist

This position offers the opportunity to grow into a senior-level or creative coordination role as the organization continues to expand. Level I (Junior/Intermediate): 3–5 years of experience, strong foundation in design and production artwork Level II (Senior/Advanced): 5–7+ years of experience, ability to lead projects, troubleshoot production artwork, and support process improvements Create and prepare graphics for silk screen, laser marking, and other printing processes Develop production-ready artwork based on customer specifications and internal standards Maintain design files, templates, and digital assets Support packaging, labeling, and merchandising design 3–7 years of graphic design experience (level dependent) Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or consumer products preferred Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools Experience preparing files for screen printing, laser marking, or production printing is a plus Strong visual design skills and attention to detail Knowledge of production-ready artwork and file formats Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and time management skills
